Association Management

Because each community manager is locally based, they are readily available to interact with your association face-to-face, oversee and inspect all ser­vices, as well as ensure a quick resident response.

We provide a skilled in-house accounting team, which guarantees strong financial guidance and support. From the preparation of budgets to overseeing invoices and record keeping, we have the needed experience to successfully handle it all.

HOA Board Meetings

  • Attendance at Board and Annual meetings.
  • Preparation and proper distribution of all meeting notices.
  • Preparation and distribution of meeting documents, including agendas, management reports and election materials.
  • Take Minutes at all board meetings and maintain on file historical
  • Notice of meetings-prepare and distribute agendas, notices, ballots,
    proxies, etc.
  • Schedule and attend hearings with homeowners prior to
    Board Meetings when necessary.

HOA Financial Services

  • Collect all assessments and special assessments.
  • Prepare and send monthly financial statements to the Board on or before the 15th of each month.
  • Issue late notices to delinquent owners.
  • Collaborate with the Board and Association attorney on collection cases.
  • Annual budget review and preparation of draft budget.
  • Work with accountant for preparation of income tax returns.
